Please plan to arrive by 5:30 PM — the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM and we'd love for everyone to be settled in before we walk down the aisle.

Yes — the ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. September in Charlottesville is usually beautiful and we're keeping our fingers crossed for good weather. In the event of inclement weather, we'll move things inside and you'll be notified in advance.

Formal — dress to the nines! We'd love to see long gowns for women, and men are encouraged to wear a suit.

Cocktail hour will be on the lawn (weather permitting), and dinner and dancing will move inside Pippin Hill's main event space.

Yes! Shuttles will run between Pippin Hill and two pickup points in downtown Charlottesville — University Baptist Church (1223 West Main St) for guests near The Corner, and the Water St. Bus Stop near the Omni for guests near the Downtown Mall. Return shuttles from Pippin Hill will depart at 10:30 PM and 12:00 AM.

Yes, there is on-site parking at Pippin Hill for guests who prefer to drive. The shuttle is a great option if you'd rather not worry about the drive back.
